Janice O’Toole joined our staff as Program Coordinator on in March of 2024.  A 37 year resident of the Palouse, Janice has raised four children, now all busy adults.  When she’s not performing tasks for her employers or her many projects, her hands are in the soil of her vast array of flower gardens.  She comes to us with several years of administrative experience gained through her work with a variety of local organizations.  We’re thrilled to have Janice on our staff!
