Janice O’Toole joined our staff as Program Coordinator on March 18, 2024.  A 35 year resident of the Palouse, Janice has raised four children, the youngest of whom will graduate from high school this year.  When she’s not performing tasks for her employers or her sewing and mending business, her hands are in the soil of her vast array of flower gardens.  She comes to us with several years of administrative experience gained through her work with a variety of local organizations.  We look forward to working with her!
